Adonis Smith is a marketing senior.

Originally from the Austin area, Adonis is a proud transfer student who joined UT Dallas in spring 2021. Outside of his classes, Adonis works in the Office of Admission and Enrollment to help develop social media marketing to reach new students. After he graduates in May 2023, he plans to move to New York and grow his marketing career.

During his time at UTD, he has been most involved with the Association for Computing Machinery at UTD (ACM), a student group geared toward building a more collaborative computing community at UTD. They organize hackathons, develop semester-long coding and research projects, host professional speakers from the tech industry and offer community-building events for members.

When he’s not studying, you can often find him in the Activity Center or searching for a new favorite restaurant.
