Eric Chen
Eric Chen is an actuarial science senior.
Outside of his academic work in the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Eric serves as the Student Government president and plays on the UTD men’s tennis team.
As president, Eric works with the rest of Student Government to support students by making their voices heard. Eric facilitates the Senate and executive committee meetings, executes legislation passed by the Senate and serves as a representative of the student body to the administration. When he’s out of meetings and on the court, Eric is one of 12 men’s tennis players who represent UTD. Throughout the year he practices tennis and weight training multiple times a week.
