Shivangi’s Day

Shivangi Gandhi is a neuroscience junior.

With her sights set on medical school, Shivangi takes a tactical approach to her undergraduate career by focusing on her classes and lab research. Shivangi works as a research assistant inside the labs, spending most of her time inside the Bioengineering and Sciences Building. She has opportunities to work on research firsthand, and contributes to the weekly meetings and ongoing analysis work inside the lab.

When she’s not in her white coat, Shivangi likes to spend time with her pug at home or hang out with her classmates who work in the lab with her. She said she was surprised to form friendships that close as fast as she did, but scientific minds understand how to form lasting bonds.

Follow a typical Tuesday with Shivangi below as she takes you through the life of a pre-med student.
