Tess’ Day

Elizabeth “Tess” Helfrich is a biology and history senior.

She’s a certified emergency medical technician who works with the University Emergency Medical Response (UEMR) team and interned as a paramedic at Rockwall EMS. Tess keeps busy with classes, emergency medical work and friends. She has taken the Medical College Admission Test and hopes to continue to work in emergency medicine after she graduates.

Follow Tess through her day as she wakes up early, administers COVID-19 vaccines and puts the finishing touches on her senior thesis.
